3 on 2 + 1 handicap game. Three defenders in a line over the top of the key. Three offensive players 2 meters from the middle line with their backs turned to the basket. The coach stands in the middle circle and passes the ball to one of the offensive players. The defender in front of the player with the ball has to run to the middle line and turn back to defense. The game starts when the coach passes the ball.
